Refund and Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to or paying for any products or services provided by Lead Indicator, you agree to the following refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellation

You are responsible to cancel your own service. You can cancel the service at any time yourself by using the below billing portal link. To log in to the billing portal, use the email you used to pay for the service.

Non-Refundable Payments

All subscription payments and any other payments that have been paid are non-refundable. By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for any reason once payment has been processed and you forfeit the right to raise a dispute with your bank or financial organization.

Payment Disputes

By subscribing to the Services, you agree that you cannot raise a dispute for any payment that has been made to the Company and you agree to forfeit the right to raise any dispute or chargeback with your payment provider regarding already paid subscription fees or any other payments.

If a dispute is raised contrary to this policy, and it is determined that the customer did not follow the cancellation policy, the customer will be responsible for all legal fees incurred by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, court fees and lawyer fees.

If you raise a dispute, you acknowledge and accept that you will lose the dispute as soon as it is raised. If it is determined that the customer did not follow the cancellation policy, the customer will be responsible for all legal fees incurred by the Company.

Additional Fees for Dispute

In the event of a dispute that violates this cancellation policy, the customer agrees to compensate the Company for the time and resources expended.
